Our purpose in this project was to give a new vector of development and integrate it in citie's cloth. Also we wanted to create quality conditions for living, beginning from comfortable apartments to cozy space for all residents.

We divided space into three categories, where first is privat (space for complex residents). It is calm and cozy space where are situated terraces of lower apartments and balconies of upper apartment faced on it. Second – public (space for all neighborhood residents). It is area with common child and recreational infrastructure, surrounded by residential buildings and isolated from roads. This location helps to create safe space for residents. The last category presents by itself common area with sport core and greening which is available for all residents.
